Scheels Return Policy
Our goal is to outfit you with the proper gear and attire to keep up with your active lifestyle. That's why scheels.com and our numerous store locations are prepared to provide you with the Scheels 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange any item or refund your purchase.

In-Store Purchase
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our Scheels store locations. Items purchased with Scheels Gift Cards can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Without a receipt, an item with original tags intact can be returned to any Scheels location for an exchange or store credit. Online Purchase
Online purchases can be returned and exchanged online or in-store. If you would like to return or exchange an item in-store, simply bring the item, along with the original packaging and your receipt and/or packing slip to any Scheels store. Our associates will be glad to help you find something to replace that item, or provide you with a full refund, less shipping & handling charges. If you would like to return your item online, simply e-mail your return/exchange request to returns@scheelssports.com. Include the identification of the product as found on the packing slip, the order number and the reason for the return. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Please be as specific as possible in your note to ensure that your return/exchange is handled in the most efficient manner. Credit, less shipping and handling charges, will be applied to your credit card once we receive the package. If you are exchanging the product, a new one will be shipped to you immediately. If your purchase has arrived damaged, defective or is missing parts, simply e-mail us at returns@scheelssports.com. Include the identification of the product as found on the packing slip, the order number and the reason for the return. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Pack the product in the original packing materials and return to us. We will send you a UPS label for placing on the product package upon receiving your e-mail. Credit will be applied to your credit card once we receive the package. If you are exchanging the product, a new one will be shipped to you immediately.

* Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Videos and DVDs can only be exchanged for the same title. They cannot be exchanged for other merchandise, and we are unable to provide refunds on these products. Scheels Gift Cards cannot be returned. Other exceptions and restrictions may apply.
