1 ½ c. (6-oz.) shredded pepper jack or Monterey jack cheese
¾ c. chopped seeded tomato
3 T. chopped onion
2 T. sweet pickle relish
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
In a bowl, combine the cheese, tomato, onion, and relish. Place hot dogs in buns; top with cheese mixture. Wrap hot dogs in a double layer of heavy-duty foil (about 12x10 inches). Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
