Name of Recipe: “Oakie” Beans

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 package chili-o-mix
1 large can pork n’ beans
1 can (12 oz.) of stewed tomatoes
Directions:
Fry ground beef, onions chopped, bell pepper chopped in pot. Add chili-o-mix, stewed tomatoes and pork n’ beans. Cook for 30 minutes or until the bell pepper is soft.
Additional Comments:
You can get Fritos and pour over the top. Add grated cheese and you have “Frito Boats.”
