Author: D.L. Jardine’s Champagne Wing Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
3 lbs. Chicken Wings
2 T Vegetable Oil (if grilling) OR
6 C Vegetable Oil (if deep-frying)
3/4 C Texas Wing Sauce
Directions:
1. Grill or deep-fry wings until golden brown.
2. Warm Texas Champagne Wing Sauce in large saucepan over low heat.
3. Add cooked wings and toss to coat.
4. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
