TAILGATE CHICKEN WINGS

3 lbs. chicken wings

1/3 c. soy sauce

3 T. white vinegar

3 T. white sugar

3 T. brown sugar

1 tsp. ground ginger

2 cloves garlic, crushed

 

Wash wings. Stir together remaining ingredients; marinate at least 2 hours overnight for best results. Either bake at 350 degrees for 1½ to 2 hours or throw it on the grill!
