Prep Time: 24 hours
Cook Time: 60 to 90 minutes
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground meat
2 T tender quick
1 1/2 T liquid smoke
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/4 cups water
Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix and shape into rolls.
2. Wrap in wax paper, twist ends
3. Refrigerate for 24 hours and remove paper
4. Bake 300 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes
