      <description>&lt;div class='jive-rendered-content'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Red Peppercorn Chowder (Frontier Soups)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cook Time: 30 minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5 cups chicken broth&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 cup cream (heavy, half &amp;amp; half, or milk)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Optional: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 cups scallops, peeled shrimp, or precooked cut-up chicken&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1.	In a 4-quart saucepan bring broth to a bow, add Chowder Mix.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2.	Cover and simmer 15 minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3.	Add cream and seafood, if desired, and continue cooking on low 10 minutes more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4.
