Scheels wants you to join us as we celebrate man’s best friend!

Enter our ‘Dogs in Action’ photo contest! Showcase the talents of your hunting dog by submitting a photo of your canine doing what it does best. The top TWO entrants will receive a SportDOG Fieldtrainer 400 system, a Scheels hunting cap and Scheels t-shirt. The grand prize winner also receives a Mud River accessories pack!

How do you submit your photo? You can do it one of two ways!

1. Log on to scheels.com, click on the community tab, then click ‘Dogs in Action’ along the left side of the web page. Click the ‘start a discussion’ link on the right side of the page. Type the name of your dog and your name in the subject line. Then, click the photo icon in the text editor and upload your photo. Please add up to 50 words explaining what makes your dog special.

2. Log into your facebook account and –if you haven’t already–become a fan of Scheels. Post your photo to our wall and include the name of your dog. Please include your name, as well. Please add up to 50 words explaining what makes your dog special.

What are you looking for in a winning dog?

Our panel of Scheels hunting experts will judges photos based on the dog's appearance and accomplishments, the clarity of the photo, your comments on the dog’s abilities and accomplishments, and other comments by scheels.com registered users and facebook fans.

Our hunting experts pick the finalists, but YOU will select the winner through the scheels.com home page poll!
